Electronics Technician 2nd Class Lane Houser blows bubbles for children at the IntegraƧao Infantil Cristo Vida school. Houser was at the school with other members of High Speed Vessel Swift to paint a classroom for a community outreach event. Swift is in port for a visit in support of Africa Partnership Station 2012. APS is an international security cooperation initiative facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
