A female veteran enjoys a free foot massage from a local Chiropractor who participated in the 2012 Washington Women-Veterans’ Conference at Hotel Murano, Tacoma Wash., which was presented by the Washington State Department of Veteran Affairs and several other sponsors in the Tacoma-Seattle area June 16. Chiropractic services is an option available to veterans when they obtain a referral from their Veteran Affairs (VA) health care provider, one of the many VA benefits available. The purpose of the conference was to take a holistic approach to women veterans’ benefits. The conference promoted future growth, and prosperity within the female veteran population.
