U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Afghanistan Engineer District North employee Mimi Jones wraps traditional Afghan scarf around Scott Fazzina's neck at the Qalaa House compound during a special Father’s Day celebration June 17. More than 150 USACE fathers, grandfathers and future fathers gathered inside a decked-out, transformed K-span and bunker to enjoy a special dinner complete with fixings served by women from the district. Every man that attended received a scarf.
