The U.S. Navy Concert Band performs following a performance of the U.S. Navy flight demonstration squadron, the Blue Angels, at Fort McHenry National Monument during Baltimore's Star-Spangled Sailabration. Star-Spangled Sailabration is the national launch of the three-year commemoration by the U.S. Navy and the State of Maryland of the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the penning of "The Star-Spangled Banner" by Francis Scott Key.
