Coupon class teaches soldiers, families how to save

Coupons, available in newspapers and via online downloads, can save consumers up to 65 percent on groceries and other basic-need items. Recently, Ft. Eustis' Army Community Service began offering a class as part of their Hearts Apart program to teach service members and their families how to save money by using coupons.
