Guillermo Navarro, emergency physician, Expeditionary Medical Facility, Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, attended an Advanced Combat Seminar here, May 14-18. U.S. service members conduct various military-to-military exchanges in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, whose mission is to build partnerships with nations in East Africa.
