The Coast Guard Cutter Eagle, a 295-foot barque homeported in New London, Conn., participates in the Parade of Sail as a crew aboard a 25-foot Response Boat - Small provides security for the event, June 8, 2012. The Eagle's primary mission is to train officer candidates and cadets before they enter the fleet as commissioned officers.
