Students attending the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and high-yield Explosive (CBRNE) Defense Course perform their on-ground phase of training on April 30 and learn to operate in close proximity to the helicopter during their arial and ground radiological survey. A prevention program requiring units to respond to a CBRNE attack is being conducted to ensure installation readiness.
