Airman returns from Afghanistan, surprises family at Braves game

Airman Master Sgt. David Sims waits next to the Braves dugout as he prepares to reunite with his family. His wife and four children are on the other side of the dugout and have no idea what's coming. Sims returned from a six-month deployment from Kabul, Afghanistan on May 27 and surprised his family on the field during the fifth inning of the May 28 game. He is based at Robins AFB in Warner Robins.
