Soldiers from Detachment-36, 3rd Medical Command, stand in formation outside the U.S. Army Central Command headquarters on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The purpose of the formation was to signify their right to wear the ARCENT shoulder sleeve insignia for wartime service. Staff Sgt. Jason Gwinn shakes hands and shares a laugh with Col.
