Col. Todd R. Wood, commander of the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division held May 16, 2012 at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The memorial honored the 21 fallen soldiers lost while the brigade was deployed to southern Afghanistan.
