Non-commissioned officers from the U.S. Army Reserve Command headquarters step up the pace during an NCO Development Program event at Smith Lake Recreation Area, Fort Bragg, N.C., May 11, 2012. The ruck march, covering approximately five miles, was the latest NCODP event conducted monthly by USARC NCOs from the different staff sections in the headquarters.
