Secretary John McHugh, the 21st secretary of the Army, climbs onto an Abrams Tank, while visiting 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, during Network Integration Evaluation 12.2 on Fort Bliss, Texas, May 9. Secretary McHugh toured the NIE, a soldier-led evaluation process that tests network and non-network equipment in a robust operational environment.
