Air Force Col. Dirk Smith, 3rd Wing Commadner, talks with Air Force Staff Sgt. Jeremy Dickey, Smith's dedicated crew chief with the 525th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, after landing on the flightline May 5. The 3rd Wing and the 525th Fighter Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, both received two of the last F-22 Raptors being made by Lockheed Martin and both have been named their unit's flagship.
