The visit consisted of a ribbon cutting ceremony of a new two-room classroom built by the joint efforts of Philippine Navy Seabees from 4th Naval Construction Battalion and U.S. Marines from MWSS-172. BK12, in its 28th iteration, is an annual bilateral training exercise developed to enhance joint planning, contingency, humanitarian and disaster relief capabilities of both nations.
