JRAC wastewater treatment facility

These four wastewater aerators were replaced April 8 as part of an upgrade to the Afghan National Army’s Joint Regional Training Center wastewater facility. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is overseeing the operation and maintenance of the facility and is turning over O&M responsibilities to the Afghan National Army incrementally.
