Lt. Cmdr. Troy K. Todd, the command chaplain for the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, works on beautifying the Raintree House in New Orleans, April 18, 2012. The 26th MEU is providing support to the commemoration of the Battle of New Orleans. Starting through April and continuing through 2015, the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard will commemorate the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the Star Spangled Banner.
