Peter Stelter (center), Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa EDG coordinator, and U.S. Army Major Timothy Dukeman, CJTF-HOA, during a ceremony at Alpha Radiation School here, April 12. U.S. service members from Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, volunteer through the program to help students improve their English language skills, strengthen partnerships and learn about Djiboutian culture. The U.S. Embassy in Djibouti sponsors the program, which is managed by the CJTF-HOA strategic communication directorate.
