    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    Sgt. Mark Caulk, an instructor from Pekin, Ill., with II Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, teaches a course on the different types of pressure plates and detonation devices most commonly used in improvised explosive devices, during counter IED awareness training, April 17, at Camp Lejeune, N.C. The training provided participants with a look at what tools and techniques are available to counter the threat of roadside bombs during deployment.
