Col. Kathleen Gavle, United States Army Garrison-Daegu commander, signs the sexual assault awareness proclamation April 4 at the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command headquarters on Camp Henry. The proclamation signing, done by Gavle and Brig. Gen. Paul C. Hurley, 19th ESC commander, marked the beginning of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
