The Army Reserve Medical Command kicked off the 2012 Best Warrior Competition with a helocast. The competing soldiers performed a water insertion by jumping from a moving helicopter then swimming 1,000 meters to shore where they put on their gear and moved out in a foot march to their area of operations.
