Sailors from Hampton Roads area participated in Anchor Leadership 5K Run at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Va., March 27. The run commemorated the 119th birthday of the Navy chief petty officer and was open to sailors, dependents, and civilians.
