A MH-65C Dolphin helicopter crew from Air Station Los Angeles conducts a flyover of the Point Vicente Lighthouse as part of the memorial service for Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Fernando Jorge. Jorge, along with Lt. Cmdr. Dale Taylor, Lt. j.g.
