Spc. James Salyers, the squadron commander’s driver with 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, fires his weapon during an M9 competition at Camp Nathan Smith, March 9. The competition consisted of three stages where the shooters were timed on how fast they could hit the targets. A shooters final score was the number of points divided by time.
