A Message from the Heart is a program created by the Lance Cpl. Jonathan W. Collins Foundation, a non-profit organization, in the attempt to provide children of deploying Marines and sailors the opportunity to create their own comfort bears with voice chips, which were pre-recorded with messages from the deploying parents, along with any messages service members wanted to share with their families.
