Jeffrey Alexander, director of emergency preparedness for the Northeast Florida Regional Planning Council, briefs exercise participants prior to kicking off exercise Quiet Fury, an exercise to evaluate the force protection at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center and evaluate the unified response and coordination between local emergency responders and the Camp Blanding military police force. The exercise was a complex scenario involving an active shooter and will help Camp Blanding to improve its force protection and emergency management capabilities.
