Spin Boldak Police Training Center graduates new police recruits

Brig. Gen. Nasrullah Zarifi, Kandahar Regional Police Training Center commander, addresses 334 new Afghan Border and Uniform Police patrolmen during their graduation ceremony, March 14, 2012, at the Spin Boldak Police Training Center. The patrolmen completed the eight-week initial police training course which taught lessons in marching, self-defense, radio communications, firearms, law, ethics and values, human rights and gender issues and response to terrorist incidents.
