First Lt. Mohammad Naim, Afghan Uniform Police training site commander at Spin Boldak, addresses 334 new Afghan Border and Uniform Police patrolmen during their graduation ceremony, March 14, 2012. The patrolmen completed the eight-week initial police training course which taught lessons in marching, self-defense, radio communications, firearms, law, ethics and values, human rights and gender issues and response to terrorist incidents.
