(Left to right) Gen. David M. Rodriguez, commander of the United States Army Forces Command, Col. Johnnie L. Johnson Jr., 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division’s commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. Brian D. Harrison, 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division’s command sergeant major, make their way to the brigade’s tactical operations center at the National Training Center here today. The brigade briefed Rodriguez on the status of their force on force training. The Sledgehammer Brigade is the first unit in approximately 10 years to train for full spectrum operations at National Training Center.
