Panetta addressed the 31st Georgian Light Infantry Battalion, thanking them for their service and reading a letter from Lt. Col. Alexander Tugushi, the former commanding officer of the 31st Georgian LIB. The Georgians will increase their personnel in the fall, adding a second battalion to the base.
