Navy civilian firefighters train for Firefighter Combat Challenge

Navy civilian firefighter T.J. Riggs, member of the San Diego Metro Firefighting Team, carries water hoses upstairs, trying to beat the clock in preparation for an upcoming firefighting combat competitions. The San Diego Metro Fire Combat Team is made up of firefighters from the Federal Fire and Emergency Service Firefighters Department in San Diego.
