U.S. Army Lt. Col. Tommy Hooker, Task Force Raptor, U.S. Army 3rd Squadron, 124th Cavalry Regiment, Texas Army National Guard, and Command Sgt. Maj. Dwight D. Sparks uncase the squadron colors at a transfer of authority ceremony held at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 16. The Texas National Guardsmen are deployed to the Horn of Africa in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, relieving the U.S. Army 1st Battalion, 161st Field Artillery, Kansas Army National Guard.
