David Swinney receives civilian service award

Col. Daniel J. Lecce, commanding officer of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune awarded David L. Swinney, an administrative support specialist with S-4, Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, with the Meritorious Civilian Service Award during the ceremony held in building 1 aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, Feb. 1. Swinney competed with nearly 4,000 civilian employees to earn the award.
