Bitella, a hospital corpsman with 3rd Medical Battalion team, observe a Royal Thai Marine performing combat life saving techniques during a CLS drill Feb. 10 during Exercise Cobra Gold 2012. The exercise is a recurring multinational and multiservice exercise co-hosted by the U.S. and the Kingdom of Thailand designed to advance regional security by exercising a multinational force from nations sharing common goals and security commitments in the Asia-Pacific region.
