Royal Thai Marine Rear Adm. Nivet Budsri, commander of Royal Thai Marine Division, holds the script at the dedication ceremony for an amphibious training facility in Hat Yao, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 9, 2012. This facility, built with U.S. military support, belongs to the Royal Thai Navy and Marine Corps. This facility will provide the Royal Thai navy and Marine Corps the ability to conduct amphibious training exercises.
