Capt. Jesse Johnson, from Forrest Lake, Minn., reviews the range set up on Jan. 29, 2012, at the Udari Range complex near Camp Buehring, Kuwait. Deployments develop valuable skills which often are difficult to convert to a civilian equivalent. The employment working group put together by his unit focuses on translating these skill sets on a resume. Johnson is deployed with the 134th Brigade Support Battalion, Minnesota Army National Guard and will return home early summer 2012.
