Spc. Angela Felder, a paralegal with 385th Military Police Battalion attached to 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, takes a picture of a man who received pay for his foreign claim Jan. 25. The man received compensation for damages caused by U.S. military personnel not engaged in battle. Felder keeps a detailed packet on the man’s claim. The picture will be added to the file as proof the man was paid.
