Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning actor Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band perform live for service members here Jan. 28. Co-founded in 2004 by Sinise and Vietnam veteran and composer Kimo Williams, the band provides Sinise and his fellow musicians the opportunity to entertain service members and veterans while touring overseas with the United Service Organizations, and performing stateside on bases and in veterans' hospitals. The band plays more than 30 shows per year, with 75 percent of them for USO, charities or benefits. Third Army’s commitment to the well-being of service members remains a priority. Through morale boosting events like Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band’s live performance, Third Army/ARCENT is keeping spirits high for service members, the strength of our nation.
