Brig. Gen. Vincent A. Coglianese, commanding general, Marine Corps Installations West, presents a plaque to Eddie Wang, proprietor of the Camp Pendleton Panda Express, and his wife, Lani, in his office, Jan. 30. Mr. and Mrs. Wang opened the doors of the Panda Express on Christmas Day 2010 and 2011, providing free meals for more than 1,000 Marines, sailors and their families who stayed on base for the holidays.
