On Jan. 28, the commander of Human Resources Command, Maj. Gen. Gina Farrisee (far left), visits classroom training conducted during Silver Scimitar, the annual training exercise for human resources soldiers. She observed training with Lt. Col. Letitia Bryant (center), 8th Human Resources Sustainment Center and assigned as postal operations division chief for the exercise, and the 8th HRSC director Col. Lynn San Nicolas (right). Farrisee’s visit highlighted the importance of the exercise as the premier training for human resources soldiers. Through the two weeks, they move from classroom to scenario-based training, working closely with instructors and subject matter experts with a vast range of experience, both civilian and military.
