Tech. Sgt. Dudley Haley, 97th Logistics Readiness Squadron non-commissioned officer in charge of refueling maintenance, places a chock under an R-11 refueling truck to hold the vehicle in place at the refueling maintenance building Jan. 27, 2012. The R-11 holds up to 6,000 gallons of fuel and is used to refuel C-17 Globemasters III and KC-135 Stratotankers at Altus Air Force Base.
