United States Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison congratulates the 36th Infantry Division for their outstanding work during a change of command ceremony at Camp Mabry, Austin, Texas, Saturday, Jan. 21, 2011. For her support of the Texas Military Forces, Adjutant General Maj. Gen. John Nichols presented her with a decorated Apache helicopter propeller blade. The ceremony marked the end of the historic deployment for the division.
