Div., walk with “humanitarian aid” Jan. 17, while completing a Warrior Leader Course situational exercise at Fort Carson, Colo. The multicomponent course offered at Fort Carson is organized by the 168th Regiment, Regional Training Institute. Soldiers who are ready for non-commissioned officer promotions must attend WLC, which is open to all occupational specialties.
