Lt. Brian Haun, the platoon leader for Company A, 2nd Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, dives for the volleyball during a game with his platoon Jan. 18. The platoon stayed at the Oasis, a place for soldiers to relax for few days. The platoon enjoyed private rooms, free internet, video games, movies, gym facilities and the volleyball court. Uniform standards are not enforced at the Oasis as just another way to let soldiers loosen up.
