Coalition servicemembers look toward the source of a loud explosion, a controlled detonation of an improvised explosive device unearthed by Afghan National Army soldiers of the 215th Corps. Throughout the Afghan-led Operation Shamali Kamarband, IEDs were discovered, unearthed and disposed of by Afghan explosive ordnance disposal technicians.
