Afghan National Army soldiers patrol the berm at Artillery Hill, a former firing position for British artillery units. Now resided by Afghan National Army soldiers, the outpost served as one of many ideal hubs for Operation Shamali Kamarband, an Afghan-led clearing operation in the district of Nahr-e Saraj, Helmand province.
