Brian Donovan, the director of safety and standardization and search and rescue pilot with Marine Transport Squadron 1, flies the H-46 aircrew procedure simulator aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Jan. 10. The flight simulator gives Marines a chance to hone their skills and practice different scenarios without putting themselves in personal danger.
