Afghan Local Police wait in formation to receive their certificates of completion to graduate in Kajran district, Daykundi province, Afghanistan, Jan. 18. The ceremony was the culmination of a three-week training course that covered basic policing procedures, weapons handling and other skills necessary to protect and defend Afghan citizens and maintain stability in the region.
