The sweat begins to pour, Jan. 17, as senior non-commissioned officers of the 1st Cavalry Division participate in physical training at the clamshell gym on Bagram Air Field. The senior NCO's were led by RC-East and 1st Cav. Div. Command Sgt. Maj. Isaia Vimoto through the insanity workout which is designed to perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest.
