Major route construction projects near completion in Helmand

Marines attached to 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward), continue surface work on Route Red near Shir Ghazay in November 2011. Marines spent several weeks enhancing the route to provide safe travel for coalition forces and local Afghans in the region.
